Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling If sent by courier, the delivery company will attempt delivery of your School Uniform order twice and will leave you a card each time to tell you that they have attempted delivery, or they will leave you a card to tell you that they have left it at a secure area of your property (if requested). After the second failed attempt your School Uniform order will be returned to us and we will contact you to advise.

If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

Delivery Schedule We will deliver the Goods within a reasonable time of the date set out in our acceptance of
the order or on which we notify you that the Goods are ready.
Delivery of the order shall be completed when we deliver the Goods to you or to another
agreed location.
We will take reasonable steps to meet the delivery date in clause 4.1. However, occasionally
delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control and so cannot be guaranteed. We will
let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new delivery
date with you.
If you fail to take delivery of the Goods within 14 calendar days of the date on which we notify
you that the Goods are ready, then, except where this failure is caused by our failure to
comply with these Terms or by an event beyond your control:
(a) we will store the Goods until delivery takes place and may charge you a reasonable
sum to cover expenses; and
(b) we shall have no liability to you for late delivery.
If we are not able to deliver the whole of the order at one time due to operational reasons or
shortage of stock, we will deliver the order in instalments. We will not charge you extra
delivery costs for this. If you ask us to deliver the order in instalments, we may charge you
extra delivery costs.
Each instalment shall constitute a separate contract. If we are late
delivering an instalment or one instalment is faulty, that will not entitle you to cancel any
other instalment.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Tax Charges 20% VAT is Applicable were relevant.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Our returns policy is 21 working days from despatch of Goods. If you wish to return Goods for credit you must first fill out a returns form. All Goods being returned should be posted at a Post Office please ensure that you have either a proof of postage from the post office or the goods are sent as signed for.

INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS:
Goods which are not defective or damaged; we will refund you the amount paid for the purchase of Goods provided that the Goods are returned within 21 working days, complete, unused and in good condition with the original tags attached. Please note Goods with Special Order Terms (including named Goods) are only refundable or exchangeable if Goods are found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED GOODS:
We ask that you allow us to repair, replace or refund you for the purchase price paid for any Goods which are found to be defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery. If the Goods are defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery, please notify us within 3 working days of any problem and return the Goods to us.
For the sake of clarity, please note we will refund the postage on defective or damaged goods.

Refunds will be made via the same channel that you used for payment of the order. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 10 working days.
If you require a replacement item, we would advise you to make a separate order online since this will ensure the fastest delivery time.
